WHY WASTE TIME SQUEEZING?

Our lime, lemon and orange juices not from concentrate are the perfect solution for those who, like you, may not have the time to squeeze your own juice. Not only do they cut down on prep time, but they also taste great and have only one essential ingredient: fruit juice!

On that note, many of you have asked how much fruit is used to make the juice in each of our bottles. Excellent question. So, without further ado, let’s serve up the answer to this refreshing query.

EQUAL TO THE JUICE OF 20 TO 22 LEMONS*

A squeezed lemon produces about 46 mL of juice. To obtain 950 mL, between 20 and 22 lemons would need to be squeezed in the kitchen.

EQUAL TO THE JUICE OF 28 LIMES*

A squeezed lime produces about 37 mL of juice. A 950 mL container means 26 to 28 fewer limes to squeeze.

EQUAL TO THE JUICE OF 14 ORANGES*

A squeezed orange produces about 109 mL of juice. To obtain 1.5 litres, about 14 oranges should be squeezed, or 16 oranges for 1.75 litres and 23 for 2.5 litres.

That’s a lot of pressed fruit, and a lot of time saved in the kitchen! It looks like these juice bottles are a fresh and helpful alternative indeed.
