Sweet & Sour Salad Dressing

  • 2 tbsp Fairlee Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Fairlee Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5mL) Dijon mustard
  • 3 to 4 tbsp (45-60mL) Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp (1mL) Fine sea salt, or to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, simple syrup, mustard, and fine sea salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  • Add oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until dressing is well blended.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
