- 3 Ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup (125mL) Finely diced red onion
- 1 tbsp (15mL) Fairlee Lime juice
- 1/3 cup (80mL) Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp (2.5mL) Fine sea saltix
- In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash avocados to desired consistency.
- Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro and salt until well-mixed.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
