Classic Guacamole

Prepare with:

Lime juice nfc

 

  • 3 Ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup (125mL) Finely diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp (15mL) Fairlee Lime juice
  • 1/3 cup (80mL) Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5mL) Fine sea saltix
  • In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork or potato masher to mash avocados to desired consistency.
  • Stir in onion, lime juice, cilantro and salt until well-mixed.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
