To every season there is a cocktail

Want to stand out and attract a thirsty clientele? Nothing better than a freshly made, “get it before it disappears” cocktail.

Consider offering special occasion cocktails: New Year’s, St-Patrick’s, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc. What’s more enticing than the feature drink?

To make the most of your creative bursts, consider coming up with a theme that will last a few weeks or longer:

  • A Tiki bar to recreate some southern warmth during harsh winter months
  • Slush cocktails to celebrate the arrival of Spring
  • Apple cocktails in the Fall

Need inspiration? Here are some ideas:

Tiki:

EMERALD LAGOON

  • Pour directly in a glass: Fill to ¾ with ice
  • 1 oz Del Monte Lemon juice
  • 1 oz vodka
  • Fairlee Nature’s Best Cranberry juice; fill the glass to ice level
  • 1 oz Blue Curaçao
  • Garnish: orange, lemon, pear or cherry

 

Apples:

THE ORCHARD

  • Pour directly in a glass: Fill to ¾ with ice
  • 1 1⁄4 oz Vodka
  • 3⁄4 oz Peach Schnapps
  • Fairlee Nature’s Best Apple juice; fill the glass to ice level
  • 1 oz Oasis Cranberry juice

 

SPRING SLUSH:

So simple!

  • Fill the blender to ¾ with ice
  • Add 8 oz of a juice of your choice
  • Add 3 or 4 frozen banana slices to make it creamier
